What are these points opposite our avatars? I just noticed them. What are they for?

From what I can tell, depending on how much you post, your ability to give 'rep' is weighted. Thus a heavy poster, me for instance, is weighted to give more 'rep' than a light poster. If I give you 'approve' you pick up my # of pts., same if I 'disapprove'. The more green points, the better, though I have much negative and I hold them dear. Those that disagree with me, well enough said! :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

Other members can "click" on the scale of another members post. A reputation popup screen will appear, you then can give an approval or disapproval to the post with comments. This adds or subtracts to a members reputation.

Everone starts at 10 points and either gains or losses by determination of fellow members.

What's with the little comments that pop up when the arrow goes over the little green boxes?? I DON"T want to be distinguished, I WANT to be famous. Who is responsible for this??
