Did anyone watch Bill Clinton on The O'Rielly Factor tonight?

I just watched most of it and am reminded why I quit watching O'Reilly.
O'Reilly wasted a lot of time on dumb questions that are not important. He tried at least 7-8 times to trip the President up on a theoretical point rather than discussing the actual issue.

Actually,, you probably don't watch O'Reilly so the context of this escapes you. O'Reilly focused on the liberal press and it's unfairness and bias. That's been one of his missions for a year or two and he's setting the scene for what's to come in the next election. That's the context in which he approaches this interview.

This could have been a great interview, instead it was 40 minutes of O'Reilly trying to unsuccessfully trip him up.

He's tries that with Jon Stewart, more-often-than-not.

Rubio doesn't have the experience to be the VP--Paul Ryan would be a great choice. Really the only highly respected person that has come out and defended Gingrich against all this Romney campaign Pac fund attacks has been Rudy Juliano. Rudy would make a great VP choice too.

What??? He has as much experience as obama had when he got the nomination.

No they didn't. We love big Bill, he was a great president even under the most impossible Republican angst. Hillary was a phenomenal candidate, she and Barack were about even, each getting around 18,000,000 votes in the primaries.

I voted for Hillary but always knew I would back Obama if Hillary didn't make it. Financial mistakes were made in Hillaries campaign as in all campaigns and Barack won out. Bottom line is, Democrats are better for the country, they always have to clean up Republican messes but overall we the people are better off.

Amazing interview. He spoke pretty highly of Newt and was fairly straight forward during the entire interview. At one point he mentioned that he enjoyed working with Newt during a 5 year period.

I disagree with a lot of Clintons platform but I do respect the man for the job he did.

Yeah--I saw it--Bill Clinton is on record for praising Newt Gingrich--also in another article.

In an interview with Newsmax, Clinton said, "He's articulate and he tries to think of a conservative version of an idea that will solve a legitimate problem."

But with the Romney Pac fund throwing MILLIONS of dollars at these early primary states in negative campaign ads against Gingrich--along with Ron Paul on the attack--if the voters in these early states aren't paying attention to these kind of interviews and articles--it's kind of hard to see Gingrich surviving all of this.

In Iowa--3 negative campaign ads per hour against Gingrich--along with negative robo calls--and direct mail. These states are being BOMBARDED--by the Romney pac campaign fund.

But--it's possible all these negative ads could backfire on the Romney campaign--and Gingrich regains the lead. People get sick and tired of them after a while--and everyone feels sorry for the underdog who is continually beaten up--especially with 1/2 truths--distortions and blown up exaggerations.

Yeah I saw that too. The left is going to try to spin it but anyone can read between the lines.

And the right is going to try and spin it the way it best tickles their innards. But the right will be wrong again -- as they always are.

To them, Bill Clinton was the devil (and Hillary was the witch with a "b") and they epitomized everything that was wrong in the world. Between the Tea Party lunatics, Rick Perry, Michele O'Bachmann, Rick Sanctatorum and the rise of Gingrich, the Republican Party has been Newtered and is acting like a deer hit by a car.
