Someone need to alert Barack, because as you know he has issues with an " that an unelected group of people would somehow overturn a duly constituted and passed law". Of course in this case, his administration is not overturning it, just ignoring it. A brazen reach for the Hispanic vote to save his presidency.

DHS To Grant Illegal Aliens “Unlawful Presence Waivers”

The new measure would apply to illegal aliens who are relatives of American citizens. Here is how it would work, according to a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announcement posted in today’s Federal Register, the daily journal of the U.S. government; the agency will grant “unlawful presence waivers” to illegal aliens who can prove they have a relative that’s a U.S. citizen
This appears to be part of the Obama Administration’s bigger plan to blow off Congress by using its executive powers to grant illegal immigrants backdoor amnesty. The plan has been in the works for years and in 2010 Texas’s largest newspaper published an exposé about a then-secret DHS initiative that systematically cancelled pending deportations. The remarkable program stunned the legal profession and baffled immigration attorneys who said the government bounced their clients’ deportation even when expulsion was virtually guaranteed.

Gee, I wonder if that is because their U.S. relative can vote this November. You think?

If you don't have a relative who can vote, adios!

Doesn't get more blatant than that.

They do this knowing that so many illegal aliens have given birth to countless anchor babies. So, they show that they are related to their 10 kids they had here once they sneaked through the border and it's home free. Meanwhile, there are no safeguards in place to stop anyone from voting. You can sure tell it's election time and a vote is a vote, right?

Those are illegals with criminal records other than being an illegal immigrant, and you will find that most, if not all, have been rounded up before but not deported as they should have been the first time.

However, it is true that Obama's deportation policy has been stricter than the Mexicans were expecting, and so they have felt betrayed by him.

And that is probably exactly why he is now softening and allowing those who have relatives who vote to stay.

It's catch and release if you can prove you have a relative eligible to vote this Noviembre, hombre.

Did anyone here "elect" Janet Napalitano and give her consent to ignore the laws that were passed by Congress? If illegal aliens are not constrained by Congressional law, then why are citizens?

I'm sure I can find laws that I think are harsh or unfair, but you can be damned sure that I'm expected to follow them anyway. This administration seriously seems to think they are above the law.
