Deviled Eggs!

Spinach/Bacon Deviled Eggs



1 dozen large eggs, hard cooked, cooled and peeled
1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed, drained, squeezed dry
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup fried bacon (4-5 strips) crumbled or minced
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp softened butter
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Thanks everyone! Some great ideas, today was my first time I've made them!


I used mayo, spicy mustard, reg mustard, dill relish, seasoned salt, pepper, garlic and sea salt.

Mini EZ gives them a :thup: and so do I! Yummy!


Next time I'll add other stuff y'all have suggested!
 
To boil perfect eggs.

Place cold eggs in pan. Cover with cold water. Bring to boil. As SOON as it boils, turn off fire, cover the eggs and time for 10 minutes.

Check an egg by fishing it out and slicing it open with a knife.... making sure the yolk is done.

Run cold water over eggs (with ice too) to stop the cooking....

over cooked eggs are hard/tough and have a green tint to the yolks.
 
I know it's good...but spinach?? Are they green???

Oh and we forgot you can put chives or green onion in, too, if you are so inclined...

you people really go out of your way to fuck up deviled eggs....

yolk..duke's....a little onion juice....maybe some gerkins chopped fine....and hell yea hit it with horseradish and cayenne for color....


spinach in deviled eggs...that is just fucked up dude
