He must be caught and never allowed to harm and terrorize again. This guy has great time on his hands and with so many there must be some video of him somewhere in the public sphere.

Device explodes in FedEx building outside San Antonio, police say

A device exploded early Tuesday at a FedEx ground distribution facility in Texas, police said.

Schertz police Lt. Manny Casas said a medium-sized box was on the conveyer belt when the explosion occurred. Casas said a woman was treated for a “possible sound injury” and was released.

It was unclear what was in the package.

Casas asserted that it was too early to connect the explosion to the four explosions that have plagued Austin the last few weeks. He said the main concern was to make sure “everyone is OK.”

They say it may be connected to the other bombs. It was mailed from Austin to Austin. The facility is between Austin and San Antonio. It went off when it dropped from one conveyor to another.

SCHERTZ, Texas (KXAN) - A package bomb exploded at a FedEx distribution center northeast of San Antonio shortly after midnight.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation confirms they were called shortly after 1 a.m. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is on scene at the facility in Schertz, Texas on the 9900 block of Doerr Lane. It says no one was seriously injured.

Federal agents told the Associated Press this package is likely linked to attacks by what they believe is a serial bomber in Austin. The latest attack in that city was Sunday night, in which two men in their 20s were hurt when they set off a tripwire that detonated a bomb. Three other package explosions in the past three weeks have killed two people and hurt two others.
