No, he got a 90 day sentence and was released after 42 days in prison. He fled the jurisdiction after a judge illegally tried to do backsies on the agreed upon sentence.

But I find it amusing that you are cool with what Moore did but still want to go after Polanski. I don't even think Moore should go to jail. He just shouldn't be on the Senate.
