Is this what is meant when they say 'securing the border'????

Authorities say a felon from Mexico who was been deported twice is facing state and federal criminal charges in Arizona.

Federal prosecutors say 36-year-old Humberto Picasso-Monisivais was arrested Monday at his Phoenix home. They say he's wanted on two misdemeanor arrest warrants issued by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office and the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Picasso has twice been convicted of re-entering the U.S. after deportation in 2003 and 2005.

Following the resolution of local criminal charges, federal immigration officials say they will retake custody of Picasso to face a third federal re-entry charge, a felony violation that carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

Authorities say Picasso has a criminal history dating back to 1992 with more than 10 arrests and convictions on charges including armed robbery, assault and shoplifting.
