This cigar shop owner is one of those "Evil Rich People" the Socialists are always screeching about. Therefore he deserves to be shut down. Unfortunately,that's the nutter mentality that has been created by this President and current Democrats. Pitting American against American is the Saul Alinsky way. Our Freedoms are rapidly disappearing under this Socialist rule. Hopefully more people will start to understand what's happening and stand up. Make 2010 count people.

7400 wholesale * 37% NYS tax = 10,138 cost, plus 40 cent Fed tax per 2,000 cigars (assume sales wont decrease with massive price increases (Dem Economics 101)) = 10,938, plus say its 1,000 license fee = 11,938/2000=

$6/per cigar just top pay costs (Dem hate profits) and when prices increase units sold decreases

In reality, say 12000 + 10% profit 13,200/ 1500 = 8.8/cigar
