You need to lay off the smoke, dude. It's addled your brain. The "people" are disgruntled Republicans who aren't getting their asses kissed. They're the ones who spoke by NOT speaking. Otherwise, this election would have turned out like the last.

And again, this election being a referendum on the Iraq War alone is nothing more than the media blowing smoke up everyone's asses. Worked like a charm on you.

This appears to be true, since most of the Dem wins were very close. Not exactly a referendum, and certaintly not about Iraq for the reasons I stated earlier. Other proof: watch how fast the Dems pull out of Iraq: they won't. Too good an issue to be able to whip Bush on about.
