Do you believe in these?

I do. I see demons everday in people.

Never saw a Ghost though.

Nephilim are being uncovered.

My grandma used to call Spirits, Haints.

In the Deep South they say Slave spirits still walk the land haunting people.

God said that we fight with spirit world not with Flesh and bone.

so why are people so evil inside?

Until Christ comes back, this is Satan's kingdom. And we are so easily lead by evil and flesh. That's why God recommends putting the flesh to death daily and putting on the armor described in Ephesians 6: 10 -18 and Acts 17:11. There is no Achilles heel in God's armor.

Ghosts are puzzling. Man's spirit is given 120 years on earth. Ghosts may demand that time, but I'm not sure about that. It isn't clarified in the Bible. That wouldn't explain seeing a civil war ghost. Their time would be up.
What strikes me about ghosts is that often they go about their business oblivious to current surroundings. A ghost will walk down the hall of an old western brothel and go into her room without noticing that the brothel is now a casino.
Now that we have found more of God's dimensions, and know that they can act like bubbles in a bathtub, and can temporarily move in on another bubble's space as more bubbles occur, it may be a different dimension bumping into ours for a moment.

American Indians used to put up their hands to strangers to show that they weren't Nephilim.
Traits of nephilim are extra digits, and large size, and a bad temper. Like the Mayan King who possessed all three. Which would explain their command of astronomy.
Nephilim were the reason God flooded the earth.

Have never heard of Haints. I wonder what the etymology of that is?

My grandma was real old school and she was also a maid. She says she could never sleep in the house she worked at because it was fulla "Haints". her vocabulary was sketchy so she probably meant 'Haunts"

She said exactly what she meant.
Haint is a southern slang word for ghost, apparition or lost soul.

I have no problem being around them. I have a mind that is always ready for new information. I like to talk to these spirits., or I can ignore or withstand them.
But I never see them or rarely encounter them.

Ah... because they're selfish and shortsighted and believers in magical thinking, too?

What happened? What were the circumstances?

Camping in Mass. Couldn't sleep, saw a demon come up through the floor of the van we were sleeping in,walk aound, I started praying, it left the way it came. Ugly sucker

I've seen things move by themselves but the clearest apparation was when my hubby and I first got married. We were home, I was doing dishes when I saw hubby walk from the kitchen into the living room. I didn't see his face I just saw him from the back as he passed, by the time I glanced up. Dark hair, jeans flannel shirt. I didn't think anything of it so I didn't pay attention any further.

I finished up and went into the livingroom expecting hubby to be in there only to find it empty. You have to understand the the layout of the apt we had. It was a railroad car design, one room connected to the other with the main door in the ktichen. In order for hubby to leave the living room he'd have to pass through the kitchen where I was. There was no other way out, third floor and no door in that section of the apt.

When I found hubby he was on the other end of the house and said he hadn't left since eating breakfast. He was also not wearing the shirt I thought I saw (red and blue flannel). We searched the apt nobody was there and the doors were locked. If it wasn't hubby and there wasn't anyone else, who walked into the livingroom?

Were the Nephilim sons of God?

Fallen Angels? Giants of Genesis 6:4?

A common belief which we share is that the "sons of
God" who did marry the "daughters of men" were fallen angels.

Why did God send the judgment of the Flood in the days of Noah? The strange events recorded in Genesis 6 were understood by the ancient rabbinical sources, as well as the Septuagint translators, as referring to fallen angels procreating weird hybrid offspring with human women-known as the Nephilim. This was far more than simply a historical issue, the unique events leading to the Flood are a prerequisite to understanding the prophetic implications of our Lord's predictions regarding His Second Coming. This is believed to have happened both before the Flood and after the flood. In Israel at the time of David, and before this when the Hebrews were scouting the land - there were tribes of these Nephilim - Goliath the giant of Gath is one example. Early Church fathers also understood this to be the case. It appears that these fallen angels were active all over the world. These bizarre giants living on the earth are also echoed in the legends and myths of nearly every ancient culture. The ancient Greeks, the Egyptians, the Hindus, the South Sea Islanders, the American Indians, and most all the others have these legends.

The Hebrew word Nephelim (plural of nephel) (Nephilim) literally means "rejects". The Hebrew plural for Nephites would be "Nephi'im".

Nephilim are Giant offspring due to irruption by fallen angels
