Here in California, the Process for counting is deliberately slow, in order to insure the Accuracy of the Vote.

California's vote count takes a very long time. It's set up that way.

Also in California we have Election Day +3. Meaning that VBM (Vote By Mail) Ballots can be turned in at least 3-Days after the Election.

Also, VBM's can be turned in at the Polling Station or for that matter any Polling Station in California and they will be returned to the County Origin.

Here in Marin City we had over 150+VBM turn in on Election Day, including several that were out of county.

A Voter can also just decide to "Surrender" their ballot and vote in person. The person hands their ballot over to the Clerk who tears it, writes "Surrender" on the envelope/ballot and a new ballot is issued.

We already have results of course. That Russian Loving Traitorous Asshat Dana Rohrabacher has had his fat white ass handed to him.

Signatures on VBM are cross-checked with the Voter Registration Cards on file before they are counted. Provisional Ballots follow the same Procedure.
