Hard to say. If the Senate remains DNC majority held, then it will continue the obstructionist role it's played for the past couple of years. If the GOP wins a slight majority, then Brown might make a difference in key votes. Mostly, Brown votes with the dims anyway, so he isn't much of a factor.
