The cost problems need to be addressed. Loosen regulations on small businesses, allow for catostrophic coverage, import drugs, cross state lines, encourage competition. The discussion should be about these things. The ACA needs to be amended. "Repeal and replace" is opposition party campaign propaganda.

That's bullshit and you know it. What was happening with those millions that were "forced" into having insurance? A percentage of them got sick or in accidents, they would go to the ER, then go bankrupt over the medical bills and hospitals would eat the rest of the costs which resulted in raising healthcare prices for everybody. So don't even try and make the case that we are better off with those millions of people left uninsured.

As for the limited choice in quality plans and raising premium prices, that is a problem that needs to be fixed and can be addressed by loosening regulations and taking measures to help increase competition.
