Democrats have been rushing congressional proceedings until they catch up with the judgment that the president must be impeached, a judgment House Democrats have already drawn. One question I have not seen anybody ask is the following, "Which people are on the list of people who are immune to investigation by the Trump administration?
If Warren is found to have committed crimes, is she immune from investigation? How about Bernie? At one time there were about 20 potential candidates for Democrat nominee. Are they all immune from investigation?
I read recently that about eight members of the Gambino crime family were arrested. Should they have simply declared that they were running to avoid prosecution?
Could Epstein have avoided his "suicide" by simply running for office? Is it only the Presidency or does running for any office entitle one to immunity?
How long does such immunity last? If somebody besides Biden is nominated does that put Joe in jeopardy again or does the immunity last a lifetime as appears the case for the Clintons?
