In States across the Country Democratic controlled Governors and Legislatures are cutting budgets, including social programs medical services, education and such.

Meanwhile people like Rdean and his cohorts are complaining that Republicans are the ones cutting federal dollars when both parties agreed to across the board cuts if the Super Committee failed.

Republicans are the one who who mostly advocate cutting social and education programs for the poor.

That democrats are starting to do it too doesn't change the fact that it's a shitty thing to do.

If there is no money, there is no money.

Real rich folks send their kids to real expensive colleges. Real poor folks send their kids to the mill to get a job.

Things change when the well runs dry and the well is a tad dusty right now.

15 trillion in debt should serve to adjust the thinking of even the most irresponsible Liberal.

That's not far from the truth, but at least the Republicans are trying to act based on the situation as it exists in the real world.

What is the problem with the Dems creating a budget? It is the one thing that they absolutely, positively have to do in order to govern which means simply to spend the tax payers money wisely.

It is amazing how the Left blames the GOP and Bush for everything that happened, maybe since 1980, certtainly since 2000.
The truth is whatever the GOP did they could not have done without the eager participation of the Democrats.
The Iraq War resolution was passed with 82 Democrats in the House and 29 democrats in the Senate. After they took power in 06 the Democrats could have cut off funding for the war, something they continuously promised they would do. Instead they passed resolution after resolution condemning the war but without taking substantive action. THey are gutless, spineless weasels without the courage of their convictions. And in 2012 they are history.
