I have no problem with this concept, as long as traditional due process rights remain - mainly the right to confront one's accuser.

But just as important is to put a halt on the various military idiocies that mock the differences between MEN and WOMEN, to wit, women in combat.

I wouldn't doubt for a second that the incidence of sexual assault in the military is much greater than in GenPop, but a lot of it is caused by sheer stupidity, ignoring the real differences between the sexes and the desire of horny young men to score.

Im sure that because of how close they work and live together, incidents of rape are higher than in the civilian world, but people should understand that the military draws in its fair share of nutty people, and other dregs of society. There is a lot of incentive for a crazy girl to make a fake rape claim in the military..
