What a Moron! And THIS WOMAN IS ON THE JUDICIARY COMMITEE! I especially love the part where the man says that the preamble to the constitution "says" that he has the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness AND SHE AGREED WITH HIM AFTER CLAIMING THAT THE CONSTITUTION WAS "DEAR TO HER"!!!! Neither of them know the difference between the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution. She claims to have carried her copy of the constitution for a long time but is is obvious that she has never read nor understood the constitution! She thinks that Obamacare provides equal protection under the law! How is Obamacare equal protection of the law when it depends on taking property from one citizen of healthy practices and giving it to another who is unhealthy? Thats not equal protection! Equal protection means that the government must apply all laws to everyone equally. When it comes to democrats claiming the constitution says something it does not, it doesent get any better than this! Please watch this hilarious video!

The Preamble to the U.S. Constitution: We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
