*Dem Rep Moran's son CAUGHT on video-VOTER FRAUD!!

A clear case of entrapment.

Moran plainly thought the idea was to go and round up the actual registered voters and get them to vote.

The fraud was all Veritas' idea, and initiated by Veritas. So everything they say about the laws that were broken by Moran would never succeed in court.

.

Veritas created a hypothetical case of fraud. This is not evidence such fraud actually occurs. The risk/reward ratio is way too high to make such fraud worthwhile. It is the kind of fraud that would quickly be caught.

If someone voted for 100 other people, one of those people is bound to show up at the polls and then the gig is up. This is obvious even to Moran, and he says so.

Moran clearly sees just how difficult it would be to perpetrate such a fraud and says so several times. It is obviously not anything he would ever do himself.

His biggest failing is not condemning the guy immediately and not alerting election officials he was approached.

I do agree with you on the entrapment, but it does give an indication about the character of Moran.

Dem campaign boss caught in voter fraud resigns

After being caught on video in an undercover probe in an apparent attempt to commit voter fraud, the field director for Rep. Jim Moran, D-Va., who also is the congressman’s son, announced his resignation.

WND, which broke the story today, made numerous attempts to obtain comment from Patrick Moran and his father’s campaign but received no reply.

Patrick Moran, however, sent an email to the liberal blog TalkingPointsMemo announcing his resignation.

“Effective immediately, I have resigned from the Moran for Congress campaign,” Patrick Moran said in a statement to TPM sent from his campaign email address.

The video shows Patrick Moran advising an undercover reporter how to fraudulently cast ballots in the name of registered voters by forging utility bills and relying on the assistance of Democrat lawyers.

James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas, known for its hidden-camera probe of the controversial national community organizing group tied to Obama, ACORN, carried out the investigation.

Jim Moran, 67, a controversial figure in Congress, has been criticized for his collaboration with Islamic leaders with ties to terrorism. In 2003, Moran, then a regional whip in the House of Representatives, was punished by House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi after he suggested Jews were responsible for the push for war against Iraq.

Well, this is the Democrat party for you. If Big Bird, bayonets, binders full of women, Romnesia, coming up with childish attacks hopeing one works, playing the race card, class warfare, scaring citizens and women and October surprises don't work, they always have voter fraud to fall back on. From ACORN, to what the OP posted, and to this as well, Obama campaign workers, including a Regional Field Director at Organizing for America (OFA), engaged in election fraud.

Then of course, Democrats also engage in voter intimidation, remember the black panthers in Philly, and then of course union thugs as well. Then in Florida...well yet another one. Then we of course, Harry Reid won re-election in Nevada with the help of his thugs in the SEIU...the SEIU who maintains the voting machines in Nevada.

Without voter fraud, voter intimidation, scandals and cheating, there would be far fewer Democrats in office.

I watched the video this morning. Yes he did hesitate at first but then he explained to the guy how to best go about illegally voting for a 100 people or more. The Representative's son explained that the guy could best accomplish the desired task of casting a 100 or more illegal votes by forging documents with names and address on them that looked like official utility bills. He then went on to say that the guy might want to phone these people while impersonating a Poll Taker to find out if they planned to vote or not before he forged the required documents. These actions were deemed necessary by the Representative's son to aid in getting around the new Voter ID laws.

The fact that he has thought this through is rather disturbing.

Drudge has up that the son has resigned.

As well he should. How many people have thought through how to succeed at committing voter fraud?

Do we want someone involved in the system who has thought of ways to cheat or someone who immediate says when asked "Don't do that. That's illegal. That's not how the process works. We need people to be honest so the integrity of the process is preserved."?

This is exactly why voter rolls need to be updated. There are likely millions of registered people who are either dead, illegally in the states, moved to another state or in a nursing home with alzheimers and just don't vote anymore. Many don't register even though they could and there is nothing stopping others from stepping in to register and vote for them. If people who work in the polls and are responsible for collecting registrations and sending out ballots are dishonest, they have a wealth of opportunity to commit fraud. I find it suspicious that Holder sued states to stop them from validating voters on their rolls and purging names of unqualified voters.

I think cheating is far too easy and the administration would like to keep it that way. No doubt they will be concerned if anyone other than they are cheating, but I have little faith in the current integrity of our voting process. Cheaters are difficult to catch and it's impossible to validate each vote after it comes in. That is especially true this year because Soros' is involved due to SCYTL stepping in to count votes. Once the vote is cast, there is no chain of custody or paper trail, so no way to determine whether a vote was legal or not. No recounts!

The time to take action is prior to voting to ensure that cheating is kept to a minimum. And the penalty for those caught cheating should be severe.

Despite the wingnuts' fervent wishes, voter rolls are constantly updated.

New Undercover Video: Did Congressman's Son Commit Voter Fraud?

Thanks to James O'Keefe we see once more the CRIMINAL left and their intent to steal elections, break laws..

So a conservative activist attempts to entrap a Democrat. The Democrat tries to... A 'gotcha' for James O'Keefe, but exactly what did he get? - latimes.com

The younger Moran doesn't tell the man that what he's planning is illegal, immoral or wrong. Instead, he tells him it would be "tough" and that he'd be better off spending his time and energy getting those 100 voters to the polls. He also encourages him to help Obama's get-out-the-vote efforts in Northern Virginia, which his father represents.

But as the man persists,

versus Republicans arrested for actual voter registration fraud?

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

I guess you missed the part where he suggested creating false utility bills... Or are you conveniently brushing those facts aside to make a disingenuous point? Of course you are.

let me see...a Republican gets arrested for actually throwing registration forms away, and you compare it to this?

Where did I compare this to that? Making stuff up now? The wonder of this site is that people have the ability to go back and see that you are not exactly being truthful.
