Delinquent country North Korea

    In year 2000, South Korea has provided the North with food loan to solve shortage of food. Although the day of the first repayment was passed(June 7th), North Korea is not even saying a single word.
    Other than the free aid, the conditions for food loan at that time was almost at free of charge. South has provided rice that is more expensive than international market price at a giveaway price.
    (North Koreans are troublemaker who poured the money to missile and nuclear experiments, not to solve shortage of food)
    The fact that North Korea is not responding means it is telling others that North Korea is a delinquent country. North Korea should realize that such act would make it harder for them to get any support, including economic aid, from the outside...
