You shouldn't assume that yours are the only points of view being harassed.

My own mod stalker has quite a specific agenda, and the hundreds of my posts that have been removed are for quite a different reason than yours.

I don't for a moment imagine it's limited to me. On the contrary if it's a pattern with me then it's certain to be a pattern, period.

I'm simply describing my own experience, which is the only one I'm qualified to describe.

It depends. Sometimes we will include a note letting you know, other times, particularly when it's a mass clean up - we don't, we're just trying to get the thread cleaned and moving again.
