More successes in Deir Ezzor.

"The Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) 104th Airborne Brigade of the Republican Guard (Harss Al-Jamhouri) has completely secured all perimeters that surround the imperative “Radio Hill” (Tal Al-Adhaa’at) in northern Deir Ezzor, breaking the 2 week long siege by the Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS).

According to a military source, the 104th Brigade killed over 50 ISIS militants during their brief offensive, including a number of foreign militants identified by military intelligence: “Abu Malik Al-Tounisi”(Tunisian), “Abu ‘Anas Al-Maghribi” (Moroccan), Mounir Suleiman Al-‘Ameer (Lebanese), ‘Issa ‘Assef Al-Baydoun (Lebanese), Mustafa’Ibrahim Sinaawi (Lebanese), and Khaled Mohammad Albu-Tamer (Iraqi).

At ‘Ayyash, the 104th Brigade – in cooperation with local tribes and the 137th Brigade of the 17th Division – continued their offensive in the eastern sector of the village, attacking ISIS’ frontline defenses from 2 axes. Firefights are still ongoing between the loyalist forces and ISIS contingents; however, the former is currently on the move near the eastern farms."
