Oh wonderful, you are selling houses to people who obviously can't afford them because they are only able to do it because of the $8,000 tax credit. You are encouraging them to take out loans (are you still using adjustable rate mortgages to seduce them) that they can not possibly afford so that they get this credit... which you more than likely encourage them to put in as a down payment so that they can qualify for the loan. In five years just as this country is beginning to come out of the crisis we are in, many, if not most, of them will begin defaulting on their loans and damn! We'll be right back where we started.

But, in the mean time you are "making money hand over fist". Did you take an ethics class before you became a real estate agent?
