The Defense Dept is buying half a million gallons of bio=fuel for the Navy at ....$15 per gallon. Surprise ,surprise the producer is a big contributor to Barry and the DNC. The kicker is that the Navy doesn't really need half a million gallons of fuel and it will probably be stored until it goes bad and then thrown out or sold back for civilian use at .001 per gallon.
