The Christian Bible is filled with fascinating characters --- the false prophet, the archangel Michael, Joseph (king of dreams), and the AntiChrist.

These characters are defined by what they do (rather than what they look like).

Modern-day comic books present various colorful comic book characters who represent virtues or vices of humanity --- e.g., Aquaman, Captain America, Mister Sinister, Poison Ivy, etc.

We use these characters to enhance our sociological sense of 'folk storytelling.'

The implicit 'social contract' of the modern geo-political climate is that multi-national treaties are forged with democratic principles --- e.g., electoral-based decision-making. Such a pro-democracy climate (enforced/endorsed mostly by the USA) gives rise to prominent 'populism diplomats' or 'celebrities' (for lack of a better word).

So let's imagine that a modern-day photojournalist in America meets an American celebrity (a movie star) who is supposed to be a 'role model,' since he makes films about culturally relevant ideas/themes: e.g., Born on the 4th of July, Top Gun, Risky Business, etc.

The photojournalist (an Armenian-American named Ajay) turns out to be a 'vigilante' and the celebrity (the movie star Tom Cruise) decides he wants to help Ajay in a mission regarding cultural defense of democratic values.

Would we believe in such 'magical men'?

This question is important for modern times which is confounded by high-traffic related hysteria and requires a boost of general 'metaphysical optimism.'

What would the new American President (Donald Trump) say?

Ajay finally got a meeting with the American movie star Tom Cruise. Ajay was working as a photojournalist for the New York Post and wanted to interview Tom Cruise about his beliefs regarding the Church of Scientology. Cruise agreed to do the interview, since he wanted more favorable press regarding his ties to Dianetics and Scientology. During the interview, Cruise told Ajay that Americans need to understand that 'religious pluralism' means a tolerance for ideas that may seem at first strange or even awkward. Ajay replied with enthusiasm that defense of democracy is an important concept for the New York Post.

Ajay then told Cruise that he was secretly a 'vigilante' who was about to begin an Internet-blogging mission denouncing the socio-political value of fascism and terrorism cells determined to defame America's defense of democratic values. Ajay told Cruise that his primary podium was the defense of Free Speech which creates the necessary 'brand' of intellectual freedom that is conducive to beneficial attitudes towards science and the arts. Cruise told Ajay he was very intrigued, since support for the arts is important to all American actors. Ajay invited Cruise to help him on his mission, and Cruise agreed to participate.

Ajay was actually Green Arrow, a superhuman magical archer from a distant planet called Krypton. Ajay had a heightened sense of cellular healing and regeneration, rendering him very resilient to pain and wild fluctuations in environmental conditions. Since Ajay/Arrow was writing pro-democracy posts on the Internet (mostly on Facebook), he wanted Cruise to have exposure as a celebrity (since Facebook had become a prominent social networking website to humanity). Cruise told Ajay he wanted an 'official' vigilante-identity, and Ajay/Arrow 'crowned' Cruise as the Green Lantern (DC Comics), a fictional superhero who wielded a special power-ring.

Ajay/Arrow told Cruise/Lantern that his special 'movie-star' status afforded him a great social power (like Green Lantern's magical power-ring), which he could use to help Ajay/Arrow defend democratic values on Facebook (as they related to the freedom-of-religion principles conducive to the marketing of alternative religions in America such as Scientology. Cruise/Lantern was thrilled, and together, the two initiated a multi-year campaign. Ajay/Arrow wrote about anti-democracy terrorism, while Cruise/Lantern made populism-paranoia movies such as Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation and Oblivion.

God gave a loud voice from the sky:

"Ajay/Arrow and Cruise/Lantern have become 'real pro-civilization celebrities'!"
