We'll take that as a yes. Whether it's racist or not depends on one's attitude toward racial discrimination. I thought we collectively decided in the 50's an 60's that racial discrimination was wrong.

It denies a white person the right to not be discriminated against due to the color of his skin. It's a denial of individual rights.
