There have been many cases worldwide where thieves kill somebody for $100 or $200.

If somebody pays $10,000 or $20,000 to a contract killer then the killer will eliminate the person.

But there are multi-billion dollars frauds and scams and the guilty person is sent to prison or they walk free. How many people's life have been devastated by multi-billion frauds and scams? Many people commit suicide because of financial problems and many people die because they cannot buy good house, expensive medicines, good food.

There should be death penalty for serious financial frauds and scams because hundreds and thousands of people lives are destroyed from massive frauds and scams.

What about multi - Trillion bailouts from Obama because of which today world economy is completely unstable and nobody knows what is going on in world society and financial world?

If we're going to expand the death penalty, which of course we won't because we've been going in the opposite direction, then we need to start by extending it to child molesters first.

Black's Response to 28 Black men Gang rape of 11 year old Texas girl

White America stunned by black response to gang rape of eleven year old

The actions of the black community in Cleveland, Texas, have been so despicable that even the most liberal black apologists are furious.

As many as 28 black men aged 14-28 gang raped an eleven year old Hispanic girl. They videotaped the assault with multiple cameras. Video and camera stills were found circulating at several majority black public schools, including the Middle School attended by the victim.

Then when police arrested the accused perpetrators, many in the black community defended them. A large rally was even held by the New Black Panther Party, which blamed the victim and white racists. Quanell X, a Black Panther leader, distributed a picture of the eleven year old victim and suggested that she enticed the men into raping her. He called the arrests of the accused perpetrators “racist.”

All that would come about as the result of such an idiotic policy is increased lack of value placed on life. When you make stealing just as *bad* as murder, you are essentially saying murder isn't so bad, and human life isn't special.

The death penalty should only be reserved for crimes where it's clear that the convicted intended to deny life, not income or property. Yes, I can understand the heartbreak felt by the family of the victim of a fraud who took their life as a result of being scammed. But unless you can prove beyond all doubt that the financial loss incurred by fraud was designed to induce the victim to take their life, then the death penalty can't applied.

And lets be honest. An good con man knows that the best way to con someone is play on their weakness of greed and something for nothing. I am not saying that all the people who got took by Madof deserved it but many of them knew better.

Absolutely not. The Death penalty should always be reserved For the worst types of Murder, Torture, and Horrible acts of Violence. The SCOTUS would take about a week to call any law allowing the Death penalty for a financial Crime Unconstitutional. Penalties must fit the Crime. No matter how much Money someone steals, it does not rise to the level of taking a human life. Period.

There are a few people, a Senator and Congressman who had a bill named after them who caused multi-trillion in damages, and the criminals who ran F/F, so yeah, maybe that's right

Heck, just kill off all those who have a certain income, or who ascribe to certain philosophies!

Pigs!

I think there ought to be come recognition of the concept of economic treason.

As to punishment?

Well that's another issue entirely.

The pigs that have stolen trillions from us, I'd say yes.
Tax-payers lose multi-billions of dollars every year because serious financial frauds, rapists and hardcore criminals are kept alive in prisons for many years. They must be eliminated without any delay.
