No the death spiral is insurance companies beginning to make insane profits again, despite the regulations put in place to control their profits in favor of more coverage for the people. Obamacare is a failure, and this OP is an idiot. If Obamacare was a great law, Congress wouldn't be trying to hard to get rid of it.

No one said Obamacare was great, but it is a marked improvement over the system prior to 2010. If Obamacare was as bad as Conservatives say, they would have a replacement plan ready to go since they had seven fucking years to come up with one.

Instead, they produce the garbage that they won't even show to the Public today. Which means they never really intended to repeal Obamacare, but used it for political gain.

Same goes for Jobs too.
