It still is an hour late on that computer but only on this website, the normal clock is right.

what OS are you running?
XP or something else?

internet explorer but it the same on both of my computers plus they are on a network.

ok, in the time settings(double click where it tells you the time)
first check to make sure you are set in the right time zone, if you are then
go to the "internet time" tab
click on the "update now" button
see if that doesnt fix your problem
