His father was a famous conductor, arranger, and composer, Carmen Dragon who was extremely popular in the 30s and 40s
Daryl was a keyboard player for The Beach Boys.
He developed something called Essential Tremor in 2009 which limited his public appearances. But he continued to compose and arrange for a wide number of groups.
