Sounds like the principal set him up to be arrested. She needs to be fired.

I will bet money the charges are dropped and they place their children in private school.

My thoughts exactly. I can't wait until the public schools look around and find that all the good students have left to go to private schools because the public schools are not providing a quality education any more.
