A federal judge made the decision to restart the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program that was unilaterally created by Barack Obama in 2012.

The problem is DACA does not legally exist. Before un-Constitutionally imposing DACA through illegal / Un-Constitutional Executive Order Obama admitted himself - publicly - that he did not have the Constitutional Authority to pass / impose DACA by himself....and then he did it anyway.

This Federal Judge's ILLEGAL / UN-CONSTITUTIONAL ruling is based purely on his own political ideology and not on Constitution or law, and for making such an illegal, unjustified / un-supported ruling he should be forced to step down as judged or dragged from the bench kicking and screaming.

DACA is a priority directive it isn’t a law. Obama had the authority to make the directive. He couldn’t make the law without Congress. No Court has deemed DACA unconstitutional, that’s simply a right wing talking point. Trump just tried to kill DACA in court by presenting a weak case that it was unconstitutional and a Republican appointee Judge told them they failed to present a solid argument.
