    Merican for sandwitches and such, it also melts nice for nachoes and such.

    For nibbling, Smoked Gouda.

    I love cheese to a fault!! Can't handle Feta, but otherwise cheese is gooooood!!!

    It seems a lot of people like it but it turns my stomach ... maybe I don't like Greek goats?? I don't particularly care for Greek men - at least I wouldn't want to be married to one. :tongue:
