we are in big trouble with this news. more taxes but it does beg guestion, if you can't afford insurance because you don't make enough money doesn't it stand to reason that you won't be able to pay your tax, either. Just wondering

How can you get money back when you are paying more? It doesn't make sense. It's like if I pay them 100 dollars on the 1st they send it back to me on the 15th and I have to pay it back on the 30th. What's the point?

Well according to Ubama then theres always jailtime. When you don't pay the tax the IRS is going to be knocking at your door. When you keep it up then they put you behind their door.

Considering our premiums will go up as a result of Obamacare, that is merely a drop in the bucket. Should we accept some of our own money back from Obama. Why not? It's not from Obama and it's not a gift. I suppose it's a "tax" refund since they are claiming that the individual mandate is a tax.

Remember when Obama got hot under the collar when he was explaining that it was not a tax? He insisted that the individual mandate was merely going to force people to pay their own way. When they realized that it's illegal for government to force people to purchase something, they changed it to a tax.

The ruling today agreed that it's a tax, when we all know damn well it isn't. The ruling even stated that an individual mandate that forced people to participate in commerce was unconstitutional, they agreed that Obama can tax us. Since this was being touted as a tax, they ruled for it.

Don't think that if you make under $250,000 that you'll be exempt from this new tax, despite his lying words a few years ago. He said not a dime in new taxes for people making under $250,000, but that was before they had to lie about the mandate to pass their oppressive legislation.

I think Obama just hurt his chances of re-election because the majority of people are still against this.
