CUCUMBERS AND SOUR CREAM
3 cucumbers, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 c. sour cream
5 tbsp. white vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Blend sour cream with vinegar and seasonings. Pour over cucumbers and onion. Let set in the refrigerator for for at least 3 hours. Serve cold.
