Crucifixion.

If I was the son of God .. guaranteed eternal life and I would be providing that opportunity to all of humanity ..sure

i mean if you, as an individual had to go through this.

This is yet another disturbing illogical leap on Christianity. How can mere men kill a God? And according to the bible, if God created all men, and they were full of sin, who would have to be the originator of that sin? So the only thing I can come up with is that the bibleGod had his son tortured and killed to fix a problem that he himself is culpable for. The bibleGod could've given us free will with the natural tendency not to choose to sin. Jesus had free will but never sinned, so what's the bibleGod's excuse?

How did sin first originate? Where did it all begin? Complete the following sentence by circling the correct answer:

SIN FIRST BEGAN . . .

With Eve who ate the forbidden fruit.
With Adam who ate the forbidden fruit.
With Satan who deceived Eve in the garden of Eden.
With Cain, who murdered his brother Abel.

The correct answer is neither a, b, c, nor d! Sin began before any of these events took place. The origin of sin took place even before Adam and Eve were created (Genesis. 1:26-27). The beginning of sin took place prior to the creation of the heaven and earth (Genesis 1:1). Remember that before Adam sinned, there was already a sinful creature who was in the Garden of Eden and who was in a fallen and wicked condition. Who was this creature (Genesis 3:1 and Revelation 12:9)? ________________ To find out about the ORIGIN of sin, we need to learn about the first sinner. Adam was the first human sinner, but he was not the first sinner.

God is not the Author of Sin
Some people who try to blame everything on God might say, "Why did God allow all this evil to come into the world?" "How can a loving God be in charge of a world that is so filled with trouble and evil and sorrow?" Have you ever heard people say such things?

Did God commit the first sin? __No_______ Is God to blame for the first sin? __No____Did sin originate with the Creator or with a creature? God’s perfect record of righteousness has never been stained with even one blotch of sin:

Sin did not originate with God!

Long ago and even before this world ever existed, God created the angels. See Colossians 1:16 that says " for by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:"

How many angels did God create (Revelation 5:11)? ____________________________________________

How many evil angels do you think God created? How many demons did God create? How many devils did God create? Today there is one devil and there are many demons (evil angels), but God never made them as evil creatures. Every creature that God made was holy and good and sinless. Not one sinful, wicked creature was ever made by God the Creator, and yet it is possible for a holy and good creature to turn away from God and fall into sin.

Man's Disobedience
1 Now the serpent Rev. 12.9 ; 20.2 was more subtile than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

3 but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

5 for God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons

Revelation 5:11-12
11 Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands, 12 saying with a loud voice:

froggy, if you have a problem with your wristwatch, is it your fault? Unless you drop it or vandalize it, it's the fault of the watchmaker. Same thing for mankind. The BibleGod is responsible for all the inadequacies in mankind.

Ok now you said that the Biblegod made only holy and good creatures. Do you admit that biblegod created Satan? Now, Satan was an angel who turned against biblegod, right so far? Now, did biblegod not know that Satan would have a change of heart? If he knew, but created him anyway, what does that say about biblegod's character? And if biblegod knew that Satan was evil, could he not prevent him from entering the garden and tempting Adam and Eve?

Facts about the Crucifixion

Could you have endured this suffering?
Definitely not.
And that is one thing I wonder about as it goes to His apostles.
These guys are credited with spreading the "lie" that Jesus was God-made-Man.
Given the Roman's expertise in torture, wouldn't self-preservation kick in, eventually, and Peter (for example) would just say, "Okay, stop, I lied. Jesus isn't anybody important. He didn't really die. We just hid the body"
I mean, heck, Peter was crucified up-side-down, even, and didn't cave in.
