Crony capitalism is an economy in which businesses thrive not as a result of risk taken for them, but rather, as a return on money amassed through a nexus between a business class and the political class. This is done using state power to crush genuine competition in handing out permits, government grants, special tax breaks, or other forms of state intervention[1][2] over resources where the state exercises monopolist control over public goods, for example, mining concessions for primary commodities or contracts for public works. Money is then made not merely by making a profit in the market, but by profiteering by 'rent seeking' using this monopoly or oligopoly. Entrepreneurship and innovative practices, which seek to reward risk are stifled, since the value-add is little by crony businesses as hardly anything of significant value is created by them, with transactions taking the form of 'trading'.

Crony capitalism spills over into the government, the politics and the media,[3] when this nexus distorts the economy and affects society to an extent it corrupts public-serving economic, political and social ideals.

From Trump's nominees for his administration, to the last minute rush to pass the 2017 tax bill, does anyone not believe Trump has brought Crony Capitalism to The District, and spread it throughout or nation to benefit the few and not the many?

Well, the first part of your definition of crony capitalism is " crush genuine competition".

Has TRump or his appointees done that?

for the past 8 years of the failed Obama admin, trillions of dollars went to GE, GM, Chrysler, Apple, Solyndra and any other liberal special uber wealthy donor, as thanks for their contributions for the 1/2 white community agitators campaign funds. Now you are all trying to spin the Tax Break for "Working" citizens as the same as what Obama did? talk about idiocy at the root of the fundamental transformation of America. Thank God the US citizens woke the fuck up and voted against 4 more years of the same.

From Trump's nominees for his administration, to the last minute rush to pass the 2017 tax bill,

An across the board corporate tax cut isn't crony capitalism.
Tax credits for "green energy" is crony capitalism.

You don't know the meaning of crony capitalism, turd. You quoted some Marxist professor's view of it. The real definition is simple. It's a situation where businesses get ahead of their competitors by getting special favors from the government. Trump isn't granting special favors to any particular business.

In those 8 years President Obama put the ship of state on a safe course, saved an entire industry and the jobs of many, so much so Trump&Co. have yet to fuck up the bull market. I'm sure they will, and the bear is awake as you will see when the tax bill reduces the number of retail sales and retail jobs, and real estate values drop; and as a) the consumers stop buying, and b) on line sales grow and grow.

I have quoted Marx, here are two even you might understand:

The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing. If you can fake that, you've got it made (D. Trump's Method of Operation).

Politics is the art of looking for trouble, finding it everywhere, diagnosing it incorrectly and applying the wrong remedies (Your method of operation).
