People have an increasing chance of getting away with murder as figures show the number of detectives investigating the most serious offences in England and Wales has fallen by more than a quarter since austerity began.

We see the exact same problem in our Black community where we have a 75% out of wedlock birth rate....our White families are at 50% and climbing.... broken homes, not guns in the hands of law abiding people, are what drive the crime rate and the violence rate...
