Good chance, since the internet knows no borders, that the writer was an "american" (small "a" as a creature might style itself), liberal, lashing out in frustration. Political impotence will do that and no Democrat can possibly can fail to have noticed that "The Party" has not a single viable possible presidential candidate for 2020.
