Since John Marshall purloined authority the courts did not deserve, Justices have, all too frequently,
turned up into down and black into white.

The brilliant Ann Coulter nailed it a decade ago.

1."After conservatives took another gut punch from black-robed Obamacare cheerleader Chief Justice John Roberts, many of us were left wondering just what in the heck is wrong with this guy.

2. ....Ann Coulter sniffed another Souter-esque betrayal in the offing ten years ago:

3. '...President Bush decided to disappoint all the groups he had just ginned up and nominate a white male.

...all we know about him for sure is that he can’t dance and he probably doesn’t know who Jay-Z is. Other than that, he is a blank slate. Tabula rasa. Big zippo. Nada. Oh, yeah … We also know he’s argued cases before the Supreme Court. Big deal; so has Larry Flynt’s attorney.

But unfortunately, other than that that, we don’t know much about John Roberts. Stealth nominees have never turned out to be a pleasant surprise for conservatives. Never. Not ever."

4. ...almost all moderate Republicans, ...bristle at everything Coulter says and be dismissive of her because she has a knack for tossing out an outrageous headline-grabbing comment. Here’s the thing about her: she’s right a lot of the time.

5. Sure, I’ve got to deduct a lot of points for her flip-flop to become a Romney champion in 2012 but a lot of people were drunk on wishful thinking then (present company excluded). Other than that, she makes a lot of sense.

6. So maybe pay just a little more attention to her from now on.

7. And pray that Antonin Scalia lives to be 148."

I keep telling fellow Republicans how truly evil the Bush family is, maybe now it will stick

Coulter also called Nikki Haley an immigrant the other day, wrongly, as she was attempting to say that immigrants don't understand American history.

Is that true, PC? Immigrants are stupid when it comes to American history?

lol

Just think......John Roberts is so young

Bush picked him because he can rule the court for decades
Looks like you will be stuck with him for another 25-30 years

Heh, A tranny calling a Judge eschewed...

WHAT?????

es·chew
əsˈCHo͞o/
verb
past tense: eschewed; past participle: eschewed
  1. deliberately avoid using; abstain from.

You are truly the number one candidate for 'The Education Industry" poster child.

She warned us we'd get a moderate centrist relatively objective Judge?

oh, the horror.

For clarity....the 'Justice' refused to follow the simple requirement of following the law.

He pretended to imagine that the law in question was actually the very opposite of what was written.

You, being a congenital liar, probably see much of Robert's performance as mirroring your own.

Wrong. The judicial prerogative of determining legislative intent was applied. Something you know nothing about.

 the butthurt of narrow minded conservatards continues.

Hold the popcorn, dont wanna get obese like the majority of the south

And so ends the once great experiment, America.

Yes we are ending that long experiment in healthcare that resulted in the US having some of the most expensive healthcare in the world, for no good reason.

Purloined lol. Posters who post with a thesaurus open in another window are invariably amusing.

So...what is the future of our Supreme Court?

Chief Justice Roberts: Bush picked him because he is young. Wanted a conservative leading the court for the next three decades. Not as knee jerk a conservative as he thought

Scalia: As conservative as they come but at 79 will be hard to outlast a two term Hillary. Look for a lib to take his seat

Kennedy: A Reagan appointee who swings both ways. At 78, he will also be replaced by Hillary with a more liberal justice

Ginsberg: Will retire in a year and be replaced by Obama

Thomas, Alito, Kagan, Sotomayor: Have a good twenty years to go

Looks like a 6-3 court for the Liberals

Be kind to her. She is always odious whilst expatiating.

:D

So THAT'S why you're known as the NYLiar!

"The judicial prerogative of determining legislative intent was applied."
There is no such thing.
It is simply another way of lying.

The intent was written in English.
I speak English.

How about you?

Ann Coulter hates everything. She even hates you. You are mentally disabled - and she hates the disabled.
