Mexico has a low crime rate? In recent years the news has been full of thousands of drug related murders.

That aside though, no Mexico will never become a great power. The culture is too screwed up for it to happen. Massive corruption, the manana attitude, machismo influence, just to name a few reasons why.

Mexico has all ingredients to expand its power-base.
Will it become as powerfull as USA? Not as long as population-sizes are different.
Maybe Mexico can become as powerfull as USA or even more powerful (ajusted on per-capita terms) if the USA does not get its financial-issues under control.

Absolutely. Of course you have to eliminate the systemic corruption first, but Mexico is rich in people and mineral wealth....which is all you need.

I'm rooting for them. I'd love to see them advance into a model of the world.

In the United States it is 98.

In China it is 100, but it is higher in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan, so I think it can get higher in China.

I expect China to take over as the dominant country in the world by the end of this century.

Africa is rich in natural resources. Unfortunately, the average IQ there is abysmally low, so I do not see any hope for Africa unless the Chinese take over. Fortunately, that is what they are beginning to do. Blacks need to be taken care of and told what to do.
