MD State Attorney General, Douglas Gangsler failed to prevent abuse and fraud, at minimum, during his official capacity as a public figure. Accordingly, and per Maryland U.S. District Court dockets (civil action no. 11-cv-03008), a former University of Maryland, Baltimore student calls for both an investigation and sanctions against Gangsler. Official documents cite the UMB student having repeatedly reported fraud and political corruption to several agencies; however this appears futile per the student's reports since 2008. Specifically and in short, the student alleges that millions of funds were misappropriated at the UMB, Douglas Ganglser's father, of whom continues to be employed by UMB, may have influenced Douglas Gangsler to conceal fraud at UMB while permitting the politically powerless student to resort to extreme poverty and homelessness. Civil action 11-cv-03008 is a must read.

Seems that you are adding Maryland to the list....

...according to Michael Medved radio show, at least eight states have turned a blind eye to the abuses.
