People do, when BHO states corporations need there rates to go up, we will pay for that. I have realized that there are many "conservatives" on this message board that are clueless as to who pays all taxes in this country

What harms the corporation is the tax rate is so hi, they cannot compete with corps over seas that get taxed 50-75% what we pay here

Studies show that after deductions, Credit and Loopholes the Average US Cooperation pays about 22% taxes on their Profit. Unless you are say, a Huge Obama Supporter like GE, then you pay Nothing at all and make Record Profits while the Left looks the other way.

I own 3 corporations.
None of my corporations have ever paid any taxes. No corporation in the history of America has ever paid one cent in taxes.
PEOPLE pay taxes.
All a corporation EVER DOES, is factor in the cost of taxes in every sale they make. The corporation collects the taxes and pays it on to government.
ALWAYS.
A corporation is an entity that limits it's liability to the value of the corporation and it's assets. NOTHING MORE.
They never pay taxes. PEOPLE pay taxes.

Obama has no control over what a corporation pays in taxes.
GE is a worldwide company. Their over seas companies do not bring the profits home so they are not taxed on it.
And they are smart for doing so. We tax twice.
No wonder so many companies have left.

You are right but that has nothing to do with the fact that PEOPLE, not corporations, pay taxes.
Change the tax code, something Democrats do not want to do, and these tax loopholes would end over night.
You do know it is the tax code that allows this, don't you?

And the company will raise their prices, fees, whatever to pay for it.
Where does a corporation get ALL THEIR $$$.
If you believe a corporation grows $$ on trees or it just falls in their laps then I can not explain capitalism and the free market to you.
One of my corporations has many government regulations that vary every 6 months and change all the time. Many fees, taxes, regulatory requirements such as classes and other fees. And fees are a TAX.
ALL THE $$$ that ALL corporations gets is from sales and the consumers.
When a corporation pays a tax where did it get the $$$?

Econ 101 should be taught in high schools.
I have had a few employees believe $$ grew on trees and I had a very hard time explaining to them that it was the consumers and clients of ours that provided 100% of the income the corporation brought in.
Some folks do not understand business.
