Chinese workers have the same rights we have; the Chinese government does not recognize or protect those rights, however. The news that you have not apparently received is that the Chinese government is beginning to recognize and protect those rights as their nation moves in the direction of capitalism which requires the Chinese government to recognize and protect those rights.

This move towards capitalism (and it's appurtenant recognition of human rights) is DIRECTLY caused by the influence of contact with capitalist, free-market elements--most dominantly the capitalist, free-market elements of OUR economy. You'd forcfully curtail that for unspecified reasons--I suspect your communist sympathies.
