Yeah!!! She liked it!

Chicken is good this way as well.
Just don't get a 19.5 lb one.:D

Outta 19.5lbs of bird, with only 7 people, there's pretty much just a carcass left, so I estimated well (*I* got one small piece of white meat).

Entire menu:

Mashed potatoes
Gravy
Corn muffins
Rye/sourdough/ pumpernickel breads
Green bean casserole
Brussels sprouts
Beets
Cranberry walnut stuffing
Pumpkin pie
Dutch Apple pie
French Silk pie
French Vanilla whipped topping
2 wines.

***barf***

Not eating for a week.

I am a volunteer firefighter, I know to cook these outside.

Hey No1 ,
Here in Houston yesterday , there was news of a firefighter that got burned pretty bad when the handle on the basket the turkey was in , broke . The news guys interviewed him and he said that the department gave lectures on the whole fried turkey thing , he was pretty embarrassed but OK , just one eyelid burned shut . He is suppose to recover completely .
My brother usually fries one up for appetisers and it disappears very quickly, it is definitely my favorite way to eat turkey .
We are doing a Franksgiving because all of my brothers were busy flying yesterday .

The Perfect Turkey!
