I think it starts with the Constitution. Conservatives believe the document is the product of genius and should be "Conserved", meaning that we should adhere to the Founders intent as closely as possible.

Liberals believe the Constitution is outdated piece of shit that should be "Liberated" and transformed into a Socialist Manifesto.

I break it down like this - In today's society, conservatives are smart and liberals are stupid. It's as simple as that. I believe the stupidity of liberals is mostly as a result of being brainwashed by our hideously biased media. The conservatives are able to see that over 90% of the news from our media is FAKE news. They have something they think is morality but it is a confusing tangle of rationalizations and justifications for their rage and fear.

Never been a party man. I was fortunate to be trained in classical liberalism by my patents, the schools I attended and the times in which I grew up. I have never been Democrat, though I did support many of them for various reasons decades ago.

A lot of crap there. But you forgot you need lots of resources to promote all of that utopia. And there are a lot of people that have not seen a dime of that for issues you support. And many are white. Anyway we are in decline whether you believe it or not. While you talk white versus black, the wrongs done to the red, and the unjustified frustration with the brown, you have not paid attention to the yellow ones. Across the real big pond.
