Conservatives Hoping Ohio Voters As Gullible As GOP Primary Voters

Name one "extreme" thing that Mitt Romney has EVER done. Continually trying to make that point is almost laughable at this point, Dante. The guy ISN'T extreme. He's a moderate Republican Governor from as liberal a State as they come who governs from the center.

You're simply upset because the negative narrative that the Obama Camp has been pushing with help from the Main Stream Media about Mitt Romney hasn't held up and the electorate is judging each man on competence...which is NOT a good thing for Barry!

Dante is not upset. And if on the off chance the President was defeated by this twerp Romney, eh...

A conservative, a moderate, and a liberal walk into a bar..the bartender says 'Hello Mitt' -- told by a Christian Conservative during the GOP primaries

Mitt is extreme in his ability to bullshit people and himself. He is also an extreme nutcase who believes in the Mormon Lunacy

If he really is "extreme", Dante then it should be easy for you to point to some extreme legislation that he's pushed while Governor of Massachusetts...right? Give me an example.

The truth is...you can't...and I think we both know it.

You can tell as many "jokes" as you want and that won't change. Essentially your side has constructed a false narrative trying to define Mitt Romney as extreme when it would be hard to locate a less extreme person on the planet.

Oldstyle has nothing but...

lies, red herrings, and straw men mixed with deceit, deception, distortion, and deflection.

You're the one who's accused Romney of being this "extreme" person, Dante...yet you can't name one example of something he's done that's extreme? So who's REALLY coming here with "lies, red herrings and straw men...blah blah...blah blah"?

You would show some integrity if you actually backed up your contentions...know what I mean?

reading and comprehension issue.

go back and read what Dante wrote.

:eusa_whistle:

Only very strange people refer to themselves in the third person, Dante. Unless you're the Queen of England it's probably a habit you should wean yourself of. Just saying...

What you wrote, Dante was that Mitt Romney is extreme. I simply asked you to provide an example of extreme legislation that he passed as the Governor of Massachusetts. Since you say he's SO extreme, it shouldn't be hard to do...right?

D'Oh!

and don't forget all of Romney's extreme positions during the GOP Presidential primaries  his ability to bullshit people and himself

Romney isn't extreme? HE's extreme in his ability to lie with a straight face and consistently deny what he said five minutes ago

Which may actually make him the most difficult candidate that Obama could have faced.

He himself said he was an extreme...well, 'severe'...conservative governor.

So name something "extreme" that he did as a Governor, IDB. The truth is, you can't. Mitt Romney isn't any more "extreme" than McCain was back on 2008. Both are moderates.

So for those of you complaining about extreme politicians...here's your chance to send a moderate to Washington to start fixing things.

Or...we can send Barry back and have another four years of hyper-partisanship. Your choice...

Are you saying that we can't trust the words from a politician's own mouth?
You have no idea how he'll act in Washington because he keeps changing his position.

Look at where the hyper-partisanship came from.

Only a fool judges someone on what they "say" rather then what they "do", IDB. If you want to know how Mitt Romney will act in Washington then look at how he acted in Boston.

I'm sorry but despite his promise to govern in a non-partisan manner, Barack Obama's actions were hyper-partisan right from the start. When Rahm Emanuel said "We've got the votes...fuck 'em!" when asked a week into the new Administration and Barack Obama told Eric Cantor "Elections have consequences...we won."...a month later, that wasn't extending an olive branch to the Republican minorities in the House and Senate...that was smacking them down with a switch. Now they had every right to do so because they DID win the election and they DID have the votes. But to turn around four years later and blame the conflict solely on the GOP is to ignore HOW things got as bad as they did. Remember that Mitch McConnell didn't make his statement about his number one goal being to make Barack Obama a one term President until a year had passed...a year in which Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid essentially locked the Republicans out in the hall.

It should come as no surprise to anyone that after being used as scapegoats for the economic collapse that was caused by both Republican AND Democratic policies and politicians, that Republicans don't like Barack Obama nor do they have any desire to compromise with the man who refused to compromise with them when he controlled the House, the Senate and the Oval Office.
