If the first stimulus package fail, why should we presume that throwing more money down the toilet is going to be any better?

The government really needs to begin collecting on this debt. It's high time they sent out bills to everyone living in the US for the $40,000 each of us owes. They can set everyone up on a payment plan. The cost would be around $350 per month for the next 240 months for everyone. And if you don't pay, you go to jail.

Hmm, I wonder if this would change some people's minds about government spending?
