In your case, probably. But if the insurance companies read your posts here, they'd realize you are a wrongful shooting looking for a place to happen.

But they should be required to cover him anyway.

Not at all.... I think some laws are kind of silly.

But keeping maniacs from getting guns, um, no. That's probably a good thing. Frankly, given how much 2TinyGuy obsesses about his guns, he's kind of scary.

In general, insurace is nothing but a scam and a con game. It's like going to Las Vegas on a one way ticket and planning to beat the house in order to get home.
