The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

What blows my mind is how our "elected leaders" defend both the NSA data collection and the FBI surveillance (without warrant or cause). Welcome to 21st century America.
 
How else are they going to show up after the next terrorist attack and proclaim proudly ...yeah we knew about him........but theres so many more worse we werent watching him

The FBI higher ups also know that the US has NO effective federal Court System protecting the Constitution and/or the people.
