Which explains why all the climate scientists keep pointing out that. although the CO2 levels in the atmosphere are increasing, all the models that predicted a severe increase in temperatures as a result have proven to be wrong, and they need to rework the data before they can make any type of predictions.

Wait, that isn't what is happening, they are predicting massive starvation, climate driven migration and refugees, and even earthquakes. I have even seen at least one prediction that increasing the CO2 levels will cause a massive meteor impact. Sounds like a thorough and thoughtful examination of the facts to me.
